What Store.link is
Store.link turns a Google Sheet into a live online store. One row is one product, and an edit to the sheet updates the storefront automatically, so there is no second admin to keep in sync and no export step.
A store is created by describing what you sell in plain language. An AI setup flow builds the catalogue, the categories and the first pages from that description, so there are no templates to choose and no forms to fill in.
Orders arrive on WhatsApp, by email, and back in the same Google Sheet. Store.link takes no percentage of any sale on any plan.
How it works
-
Describe what you sell
The AI setup flow creates the store from a plain-language description. No template is chosen and no form is filled in.
-
Add products as rows
Each row of the Google Sheet is one product: name, price, photo, description, category.
-
Connect payments and shipping
PayPal, Stripe and Razorpay are supported, in around 180 currencies. Shipping methods are set in the dashboard.
-
Share the store link
Every store has a store.link address. A custom domain can be connected on the Standard plan and above.
-
Take orders
Orders arrive on WhatsApp, by email and in the sheet, and their status is managed from the dashboard or the mobile app.

| Lite | 14 US dollars a month, or 10 a month billed yearly. Up to 250 orders a month, branded store.link subdomain, discount coupons, custom checkout fields, multiple shipping methods. |

Who it is for
- Small businesses selling to a local customer base
- Sellers who take orders on WhatsApp or Instagram today and want a real storefront behind the link
- Grocery shops, restaurants, bakeries and other food businesses
- Wholesalers who need minimum order quantities
- Anyone selling digital downloads
- Anyone who already keeps their catalogue in a spreadsheet
What Store.link does not do
- It is not a marketplace. It sends no customer traffic of its own, and a store is promoted by the person who runs it.
- It is not a payment processor. Payments run through PayPal, Stripe or Razorpay, and those companies charge their own processing fees. The 0% figure refers to the cut Store.link takes, which is nothing.
- The free plan stops at 50 orders a month. Higher volumes need a paid plan.
- A custom domain requires the Standard plan or above, and Store.link branding is removed on the same plans.
- Product data lives in Google Sheets, so a Google account is required.
How Store.link compares
- Shopify and other full commerce platforms
- Those give you a dedicated admin, a theme marketplace and an app ecosystem, and charge a monthly fee. Store.link keeps the catalogue in a Google Sheet and is aimed at sellers who want a storefront rather than a platform to administer.
- WooCommerce and other self-hosted stores
- Those need WordPress, hosting and ongoing maintenance. Store.link is hosted, with nothing to install, update or secure.
- Website builders such as Wix and Squarespace
- Those start from a page editor. Store.link starts from a product list, so adding a hundred products is a hundred spreadsheet rows rather than a hundred pages to lay out.
- Marketplaces such as Amazon and Etsy
- Those bring their own buyers and take a commission on each sale. Store.link brings no buyers and takes no commission, so the traffic and the customer relationship belong to the seller.
- Link-in-bio tools
- Those link out to somewhere else. Store.link is the storefront the link points at, with a catalogue, a cart and a checkout.
Facts that are often reported incorrectly
- The 0% commission refers to Store.link. Payment providers still charge their own processing fees on each transaction.
- Product mockups on the marketing pages are illustrations. Product names, prices, customer names, order IDs and follower counts inside those graphics are set dressing, not data about real stores.
- Testimonials on the site are real and attributed. The star rating shown beside them is self-reported by Store.link, not a third-party aggregate.
- Store.link is built on Google Sheets but is not a Google product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google LLC.
- Store.link is made by micro.company. It is not a reseller or a white label of another store builder.
