The above video will walk you through creating and adding discount coupons to your online store on StoreLink.
Start Creating a New Coupon
First, open your StoreLink dashboard and navigate to the Coupons section. Click on +New Coupon to get started.
Coupon Type
Under Coupon, you can choose the type of discount you want to offer:
Amount Off Order: Use this option to apply a discount to the entire order total. This is useful when you want to offer customers a general discount across their purchase.
For example, you can offer $20 off an order or 20% off the entire order.
Amount Off Product: Use this option when you want to discount specific products or product categories rather than the entire order. For example, you could offer 20% off all sweaters or $5 off selected products.
Choose the Amount off product discount type and navigate to the Discount items section. Here, you can choose the specific products or categories that this coupon will include.
Buy X Get Y: Use this option to give customers selected items for free when they purchase the required qualifying items. For example, you could create a Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion, where customers receive a selected product for free after purchasing the qualifying quantity.
When Buy X get Y coupon type is selected, the Customer buys and Customer gets options will be available. Here, you can choose which products the coupon will include.
Coupon Code
Choose the type of discount you would like to use and enter a name for the coupon code. This will be the code that customers will enter at checkout to redeem the discount.
Discount Value
You will have the power to choose between two coupon types: Percentage Discount and Flat Discount. A percentage discount lowers the total order value by a specific percentage.
A flat discount offers a fixed amount to be deducted from the total order value.
Discount criteria
Optionally, you can require a minimum and maximum order amount for the coupon to apply. This means that customers will only be able to use the coupon if their order total is greater than or equal to the minimum order amount and less than or equal to the maximum order amount.
Coupon validity
Define the activation and expiration dates to set the timeframe that the coupon will be active. This means that customers will only be able to use the coupon during the specified timeframe.
Decide how many times a customer can use the discount code. Choose Once Per Customer for single use, or Unlimited for multiple uses.
Once you've configured everything, save the discount coupon. When you click the Add button, the discount coupon will be saved and it will be available for customers to use.
Test the Discount Coupons
To test the discount coupons out, head over to your online store and add some items to your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout, where you will see the option to enter a discount code. Enter the code and click on Apply.

The discount has successfully been reflected in the cart total.
