You can add an FAQ section either to your store's homepage or directly to your product description page. This is a great way to answer common customer questions and provide additional information.
Add FAQ to your homepage
To display an FAQ section on your store's homepage, go to your dashboard, select Design > Homepage and click Add Content. Here, you will see the FAQ option.

Create your FAQ section
After adding the content block, enter a title for your FAQ section and add a description if needed.
Add questions and answers
Click Add Question to create a new FAQ item. Enter your question and its answer, then repeat the process to add as many FAQs as you need.
